Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at PERSATUAN PENDIDIKAN DEBAT SEKOLAH-SEKOLAH SEDUNIA MALAYSIA (MALAYSIAN WORLD SCHOOLS DEBATE EDUCATION SOCIETY) - ROS Number PPM-025-14-20012020.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund for physical items, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned with the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on a certain number of items:
- Digital Goods such as e-books, digital courses, digital subscriptions, etc.
- Physical goods that have been used or opened from the original packaging.
Refunds for Competition/Events Tickets
- A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made at least 20 working days before the registration closes.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 15 to 19 working days before the registration closes.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made 10 working days or less before the registration closes.
However, tickets can be carried forward to our next event as credit. To request this, you must send an email to our management team for confirmation.
Refund Procedure
To initiate the refund process, please send us an email at admin@wsdcmalaysia.org with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to to be initiated to your account, after you receive a confirmation that a refund would take place.
Exchange Procedure
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@wsdcmalaysia.org with your order number and reason for exchange. Our customer support team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
